Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received them. 
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Non-returnable Items: Custom or personalized orders, digital downloads, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@hamrogallery.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Processing Your Return

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund.
