our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are

Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a
return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or
unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt
or proof of purchase.
- Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days
to return an item from the date you received it.
- Non-returnable items: Custom or
personalized orders, digital downloads, and gift cards are not eligible for
return.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your
return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received it. We
will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the
item.
- Approval: If your return is
approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Processing Time: You will receive
the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s
policies.
Exchanges
- Replacement: We only replace items
if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,
contact us with your order number and details about the product.
Shipping:
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be
responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Process: To return
your product, mail it to the address provided in our return instructions.
